He's renowned for his ability to drive sales growth, build teams, and achieve impressive results. ​ Chelby's gift for co-creating brands and driving their success is truly unparalleled. He played an instrumental role in the launch, growth and eventually sale of Prive products, a premium hair care brand that quickly expanded from one state with 200 accounts to cover 15 states with over 10,000 accounts. As Vice President at Prive, Chelby oversaw the brand's overall strategy and worked tirelessly to bring Prive to the forefront of the market. ​ In the cannabis industry, Chelby's contributions have been equally impressive. He has been the sales driving force behind notable brands like Zkittlez, F/ELD, and Glasshouse Farms. He and his talented team have been responsible for over $40 million in sales in CA alone in the last five years, a clear testament to his sales acumen. ​ Chelby's passion for helping businesses grow and develop led him to found DLVRD, a leading brand development and consulting firm. Ciaran, originally from Ireland and currently based in Barcelona, brings over 15 years of experience in the global cannabis industry. His career spans multiple countries and sectors, with a primary focus on Amsterdam and Barcelona, where he has collaborated with some of the world’s leading cannabis brands and accessory companies. Notable achievements include launching Greenlane Europe and opening Cookies’ first European location in Barcelona, among other significant projects
JOE ANDREAE
Currently CEO of CULTA. Prior to joining CULTA, he served in leadership roles at several largescale, vertically integrated cannabis companies, Story Cannabis, Glass House Brands, and NorCal Cannabis Company. Founder and CEO of FIELD Extracts Joe is a true veteran of legal cannabis markets, having spent over a decade as a serial cannabis entrepreneur. With multiple endeavors spanning 3 states, he has acquired a range of expertise that encompasses nearly every aspect of the cannabis business, beginning in the cultivation supply sector with lighting and hydroponic equipment for the medical market. From there, he dove ever-deeper into the industry, as a pioneer of the extraction sector in Colorado, co-owner of a medical cannabis dispensary in California, founder/owner of Madrone Oregon, which held 11 state cultivation licenses, and President of the ceramic accessories brand, Hive. Most recently, he served as the CEO of premium California concentrates brand FIELD Extracts for three years, before bringing his extensive industry knowledge and leadership to Glass House Group, where he continues to seize opportunities that push the company, and the industry, to new levels of excellence
KYLE TRACEY
Kyle Tracey is a seasoned serial entrepreneur deeply entrenched in various sectors of the cannabis industry. His team's commitment to disrupting the market, implementing efficient operational strategies, and establishing strong brand identities has become a blueprint for numerous companies in the field today. Some of the noteworthy brands founded by Kyle include Stealth Grow LED, GrowLife Inc, HIVE Ceramics, F/ELD Extracts, Madrone Farms and Cannabis Club, and Pressure Labz, with successful multi-million dollar exits achieved with GrowLife and F/ELD. Kyle's team has provided consulting services for several award-winning cultivation and extraction facilities across five states, overseeing the installation of thousands of indoor lights and developing multiple hectares of greenhouse and full-term gardens.
JUSTIN LEE
Justin Lee is a seasoned consultant specializing in cannabis extraction and new product innovation, with extensive experience leading and operationalizing commercial medical and recreational cannabis ventures across the U.S. and internationally. He has played key roles in application processes, facility buildouts, cultivation management, extraction, retail operations, and SOP development. As a recognized expert in concentrates, Justin consistently drives product innovation and quality control. A native of Washington and fluent in Spanish, Justin’s background spans NGOs, consulting for The World Bank, and work with The American Chamber of Commerce in Peru. He has been instrumental in securing licenses and funding for clients in multiple states including Nevada, Maryland, Illinois, Colorado, Washington, California, and Oregon as well as maintaining international operations in Spain, Poland, and the UK. Previously, Justin served as VP of Business Development at DigiPath Inc., and as CEO/CFO of several Colorado cultivation centers and Oregon’s Madrone Farms. He is also a co-founder of 710Labs, a multi-award-winning industry leader. A Georgetown University postgraduate, Justin is respected for his collaborative approach and deep connections with top-tier geneticists and growers nationwide.
AYDIN MOSANENZADEH
Aydin Mosanenzadeh is an Oregon native with 25 years of indoor cultivation under his belt. He is a true figure head in the cultivation arena, serving as a sounding board for the world’s best in class growers.  His attention to detail, cleanliness, and formula driven build outs has put him in a class all by himself.  Aydin has run operations spanning from small home grows to multiple hundreds of lights, and has consulted for countless brands in the space such as Cookies, Dirty Arm Farm, and Fox Hollow Farms to name a few.
